Watson's Play & Stay is a small-group dog daycare and boarding service tucked into Toronto's Swansea neighbourhood. We cap our days at six dogs — not because it sounds nice, but because it's the only way we can give every pup the personalized care, supervision, and enrichment they actually deserve.
Why we started
We started Watson's because we couldn't find the kind of daycare we'd want for our own dogs. Loud crowded warehouses with thirty dogs on concrete? Not for us. We wanted a calm, structured day with real walks, real rest, and someone paying attention the whole time. So we built it.
Every day at Watson's reflects our commitment to a non-warehouse environment where every pup is treated like family.

Structure is the foundation of a calm and happy dog. At Watson's Play & Stay, every day follows a predictable rhythm that balances high-energy social play with essential quiet time. This helps prevent overstimulation and ensures every pup feels safe and settled throughout their visit.

WHO WE TAKE
HEALTH & VACCINATIONS
All dogs must be spayed or neutered (if over 6 months) and fully up to date on Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella vaccinations to ensure the safety of our small pack.
SOCIAL TEMPERAMENT
We welcome social pups who are friendly toward people and other dogs, and who thrive in a structured, small-group environment.
MEET & GREET
To ensure a perfect match, all dogs must complete a free meet-and-greet to evaluate behavior and group comfort before booking.
